TOP THREE REASONS TO SUPPORT SIMONS HEROES

There's a variety of reasons our members support Simon's Heroes; from wanting to shed a few pounds and keep healthy to getting involved with a fun and friendly group. We welcome people of all ages to join us and help support local Tamworth causes - Whether that's by joining in on our Free Fitness Training or helping organise our Fundraising Events.

  1. Receive Free Fitness Training

We train twice a week, on a Thursday evening in the Castle grounds in Tamworth near the skate park at 6.15pm and on a Sunday Morning from Hopwas socaial club at 8.15am. We have members of all fitness levels however please bear in mind the events we compete in are usually 10k obstacle races and half marathons. Most members come to the training to improve their fitness and use the events as their goal.

  2. Help Support Local Causes

Simon’s Heroes support children with life limiting illnesses in Tamworth – Supplying them with the tools & equipment that could ease their life or to provide activities to enhance their life.

  3. Socialise with a Fun and Friendly Group

All of our members at Simon’s Heroes are friendly and welcoming. You’re sure to have a fun time when participating in the Free Fitness Training (As long as you don’t mind a ‘little’ mud!).
